I found this beautiful Ethiopian brass ring in a wonderful little shop down in Ashland, Oregon (blue moon). Kathleen is the owner of the shop and gathers these wonderful bits and pieces in her extensive travels. I have had the ring for many year and finally found the perfect spot and setting for it to be displayed! I made the pretty chain and oxidized it then decided that the whole thing needed to be tumbled...out it came bright and clean and decided that this is works. If you feel that you would like it to be oxidized again, I can put it back :)
The necklace is 19 inches total length and can be adjusted shorter. There is a sterling silver bell that hangs at the clasp because it should be pretty in back as well.
The ring is 3/4 of an inch diameter and sits on an interesting hand fabricated sterling silver backing with 4 small prongs.
Please not that all of my photos are taken using a micro lens...if you need a perspective photo of it on or have other questions please contact me.
Thank you for looking.
