Beautiful golden sapphire balls are pinned to hand fabricated sterling silver rings that have 24k gold sheeting called Keum Boo that is applied with heat and pressure. These earrings are remarkably lightweight and funky, elegant and maybe somewhat ornate. They were time consuming but well worth the time and effort in the end. Between the two earrings I pinned 18 beautiful golden sapphires around the fine silver ring...the color of the sapphires really pick up the gold and are striking against the dark finish.
They measure a total length of 2 inches. They are 1-1/4 inch diameter. The ring is 1/4 inch wide and the sapphires are 3mm and there are 9 stones on each earring.
All of my pictures are taken using a micro lens so the pieces are smaller than what the picture may tell.
