Textured sterling silver sheet metal was turned through my mill with a piece of linen which is subtly imprinted onto the silver. After gathering the initial shape I soldered a stamen into the center of the leaf. The leaves have been oxidized to a smooth gun metal grey... I then burnished all the edges for a striking shiny silver contrast to the body. They are super light weight and catch light nicely.
Just over 2-1/2 inches total length and 1-1/4 inches at the widest point. Just the leaf is 1-7/8 inches long.
