Textured Sterling Silver Necklace with Rivets and Garnet and Ruby

This little beauty has been in the works for a bit ... sitting amongst the other pieces waiting for the right moment to be finished. It is made from a recycled piece of metal from another project, the metal has a rich delicate texture and a shapely form which I think add a lot to the piece. I then framed it with a thin strand of fine silver wire and then added little rivets and set a beautiful garnet off center. A smooth chain holds a trio of deep colored ruby cubes just off the side of the center piece. Has a sterling silver hinged hook clasp for easy on and off. It is not adjustable but could be if you need it to be. It hits just below the collar bone.

Total length is 18¾ inches. The center is 2¾ inches long and is roughly ¼ inch high. The garnet is 3½mm and stands about 3mm high. Finally the rubies are 3½-4mm cubed.
